Ideas may include a clearly identified partner feature, a useful resource connected with festival-going, or a placement introducing a relevant event, product or service. Proposals should explain the subject, intended format, timing and any commercial relationship involved.

Partner placements

Relevant partner placements may appear alongside editorial material, including in shared promotional areas across the website. These placements are labelled as partner material and kept distinct from independent articles. Inclusion is not an endorsement, and we do not promise a particular response or outcome.

Editorial boundaries

We consider proposals for relevance, clarity and fit with the publication. A partnership does not purchase an editorial verdict or guarantee coverage. We may decline ideas that would confuse readers about who created material or whether it is independent.
